1. Definitions

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. gv777 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

gv777 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account registered in your name).

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify gv777 support immediately via live chat. gv777 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing the Account, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification of the unauthorised access.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

gv777 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive behaviour is detected;
• The Account is subject to a legal order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement request;
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder;
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting gv777 support. Any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's designated withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any pending investigations.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

5.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts are processed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the offer) before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed using Bonus Funds that do not meet minimum odds requirements will not count toward the wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or systematically targeting specific games to reduce expected wagering — constitutes bonus abuse. gv777 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend or close the Account of any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

gv777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already accepted by Players prior to the modification, except where abuse or technical error is involved.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. gv777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason. Bets placed after an event has commenced (for non-live markets) may be voided regardless of the outcome.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions

7.4 Void Bets

• Providing false or misleading registration information;

• Colluding with other Players, agents, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability
